Gaming News: "Awash With Pirates"

Though I make light of the use of the word "piracy" and take it a different way; in the context of the story it is, unfortunately, true. Maybe not to the extent that Nintendo claims, but true none the less. R4, Revolution for DS, cartridges make it possible to play pirated DS games. Since these carts started showing in Europe, DS software sales have dropped some 45% compared to last year. Whether that's because there is a pirate behind every other powder keg is probably somewhat open to debate.

Since I'm not overly keen on talking about software piracy or asking if any of you have used an R4 cartridge, I say we just talk about pirates. I mean they obviously don't get much attention these days. It's like they're a lost culture or something, giving way to discussions of Cowboys and Robots.
