The Life of Ted!: "Setting In"

In my life I've packed up everything I owned and moved from South Georgia to Central Illinois to Massachusetts to Vancouver Canada to Boulder Colorado. I've also taken driving trips from Illinois to Louisiana and back, from Illinois to Idaho and back. So I'm familiar with the thrill, then inevitable anxiety, of driving long distances.
I've slid through Tennessee on 8+ lane highways, coated in ice. I've driven behind a motorcycle that had to lean in the opposite direction than you would expect when going around a curve because the wind was blowing so hard. I've stayed in a hotel that had brown shag carpeting half way up the walls, a wall that was completely mirrored, and a tissue dispenser built into the wall beside the bed. And I've seen a Stonehenge made out of junk cars. It's an adventure every time, there's nothing like it. If you've never done it... give it a shot at least once.
