Woody & Ted: "Buzz Words"

Oh industry buzzwords, how easy it is to get lodged in our everyday vocabulary and how difficult it is to stop using you. [more info]
Use of buzzwords is not one of my pet peeves, they amuse me. I may roll my eyes a bit; but hey, once they are reasonably well defined they become kind of convenient. Unfortunately that's also their weakness. They become convenient, overused, and lose their meaning/power.
If you're curious "asymmetrical gameplay" just means providing different experiences to different gamers as they play together. So basically it's attaching a buzz word to a gaming concept that's as old as gaming itself.
Now, you could take this writeup at face value OR you just accept it as an excuse to allow Ted to "spsstt" someone in the face with a squirt bottle. You know, whichever.
