Gaming News: "Your Honor"

Seems like forever ago the band No Doubt sued Activision for including them in Band Hero in a way No Doubt claims they did not agree to. Now that a judge has swatted down Activision's final attempt to have the case dismissed the suit will go to trial. [more info] Activision seems to be unphased as they claim to have a video wherein they explain the specifics to the band.
Honestly, I neither know nor care. I've not played Band Hero. And I don't really care if No Doubt was included as unlockable characters. But around this house, song lyrics are used as snarky nerd weapons. We spent an entire D&D session with people randomly bursting out into renditions of George Micheal's "Careless Whisper".
Are we alone in this? Or...?

So hey, Taks is still trying to raise money for Crossfit for Hope, a fundraiser benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Last time I checked she was only at $130 of her $300 goal. It'd be awesome if you could chip in. I'm thinking of doing a Ted in 70's workout gear image as a thank you but, I'd really like to see the goal crushed before I could really commit to that.
