Woody & Ted: "Precautions"

theKid came home early from school yesterday due to an ugly little fever. He's home with me today while his body fights off the bug.
Like Ted, I used to be petrified of having to take care of theKid on my own. See I know the limits of my patience and tolerance for toddler asshattery. But I also had a crippling fear that something would go wrong, we'd be stuck here without a car, etc. etc. etc. Now that he's older and, for the most part, can tell me what he needs and wants, it's a lot easier.
That being said... trying to take care of a sick kid while also getting work done is DIFFICULT. Right now he's content playing games on my Kindle Fire. We'll see how many commissions I can work on before his focus on it wanes.
