Gaming News: "Worse than Illegal"

Eight current and former Memphis area Gamestop employees plead guilty yesterday (10/1) to misdemeanor theft. Though the clerks did not directly profit from the sales they did knowingly purchase purportedly stolen copies of games and then resold them. Gamestop is temporarily suspending used games purchases in all 18 of their Memphis area stores.

When I read about this story my eyes literally crossed. I stopped just short of smacking my forehead, dumbfounded, when I realized I wasn't really surprised. What I'd really like to know is what games were being resold by the undercover officers. Because even if you're willing to risk buying stolen property, some games just aren't worth it.
Please note: I have NOT played Mercenaries 2. I just picked it a big name game that didn't review well.
