City of Heroes: "Doctor Danglybits"

While patrolling the net looking for good gaming news bits, I found some info over at the City of Heroes website that just begged to have a joke made out of it.
NC Soft in conjunction with NVida is holding a Halloween Costume Contest where contestants are asked to dress up as their character for a chance to win GeForce 6800 Ultra Video Cards, mp3 players, digital cameras, etc.

Now, as I usually do when a joke doesn't jump right out and grab me, I asked myself WWTD (What Would Ted Do). And the answer is simple: Ted would take it entirely too far. And, that's what you see in the strip.
On a related note, GU will most likely see the return of its own costume contest here shortly. I'll post more info as I find time.
