Guitar Hero 5: "Inappropriate"

I mentioned yesterday that my original comic idea was my response to the news that Kurt Cobain's likeness had been made an unlockable character in Guitar Hero 5. [more info] I also mentioned that the idea ended up striking me as wildly inappropriate so I scrapped it. I then fell back on a comic idea I didn't want to do because I knew it was going to be predictable and overused.
Well after giving it some thought, I decided if I was willing to compromise myself to post a comic I had no interest in posting, then I should be man enough to post an inappropriate comic and deal with the potential fallout.
All this being said and with today's comic in mind... I feel it's worth clarifying that I don't believe Courtney Love shot Kurt Cobain. She couldn't have. She was conveniently getting herself arrested at the time. Go go gadget unquestionable alibi.

You might also notice that my depiction of Courtney is somewhat brutal. Well, I admit openly that she has had her attractive moments. But no matter how well she cleans up it's hard to shake the memory of her less glamorous, drug-riddled appearance. I make no apologies in this regard as instances of the latter far outnumber the former. Anyway, the reason I'm commenting on this aspect of the comic in the first place is because it's the reason the comic was so late today. I struggled to try to make it look like Courtney and NOT look strung out. I wasted the entire morning on the endeavor. I finally gave up and went with what seemed to be working.
All this aside...

The text in the final bubble was changed slightly from the original. I found the original notes I'd made about the comic before dismissing it. I felt the change conveyed my tone a bit better. For the sake of posterity the text as it originally appeared in the comic was; "Oh stop whining Kurt. I don't want to have to shoot you again".
