World of Warcraft: "Wear It!"

As I was tooling around being a dork, doing my dailies, one of the folks in the chat channel let everyone know that she was doing "Grek's favorite quest". It's called Shizz Work, it's one of the ones I've mentioned before, where you're tasked with digging through Fel Hound poop to find a key. Well, she let us know shortly after that she had acquired a debuff for her efforts.
As she says in the comic, it's called "Stanky" and has no ill effects, just some stink lines and the text "You smell funny". Now, I don't remember this myself and I've been there for the quest twice. But, I have no doubt it exists, I found the pertinent info about it at WoWhead. [ more info ] So, if I can't remember it, but I know it exists there are only two possibilities. Either it was added to the quest after I did it. OR... I'm already slipping into the sweet sweet senility that accompanies my age.
