Guitar Hero II: "Set List Gold"

Earlier this week RedOctane, confirmed that Lynyrd Skynyrd's seminal rock classic "Freebird" and Guns-N-Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine" would be amongst the list of songs making their way to Guitar Hero II.

You guys know how much I love Guitar Hero. I'd made no secret of that fact. But, looking at the list of songs that will be included on the much anticipated sequel makes me weep with joy.
Being a "boy from the south" Skynyrd's "Freebird" is damn near etched into my base chemical makeup. In three thousand years, the song will resurface from little more than a genetic echo reverberating down the halls of evolution. And, well, I damn near had a shrne to Axl in my locker in high school. **shrugs** What can I say? I lived rock/metal.
But, in the revelation of my musical diversity, I giggled and clapped when I saw that Rev. Horton Heat's "Psychobilly Freakout" is going in too.
I can't freakin' wait 'til November.
