The Last Guardian: "Reboot"

First announced in 2009, Fumito Ueda's "The Last Guardian" has jumped through a landscape of ruin to resurface at this year's E3. Ueda, you might recall, was responsible for Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. The Last Guardian, if his plan holds out, will mesh together the best elements of each of those games. [more info]
Now, the reason for the pointed repetition in the comic is a simple one. When I look at screenshots and videos of The Last Guardian, it reminds me of Shadow of the Colossus. And Trico, the young "griffin", can not be directly controlled by the player, a la Yorda from Ico.
The Last Guardian will be available on the PS4 in 2016.
