I'm not going to get into all of the nuances of this situation. [more info] Far better minds than mine* have commented on it already. [more info] All, I can really say is that, in my opinion, GamerGate is bullshit. And, I can only hope that we male gamers seeing it happen aren't content to just stand there and let it. We need to step in and say it's not right, that it needs to stop. If it doesn't, we need to turn their cowardly tactics back on them. Yeah it might get me in trouble but so be it. I am advocating doxxing the people responsible for posting the private information that leads to women gamers and their advocates being harassed, threatened with rape and even murder by petty, insecure bastards.
Stand up gentlemen. Gamers against GamerGate.
