Minecraft: "Blinders"

I don't get much time to play Minecraft, but I do use the game to settle my brain down at night before I go to bed. I'm quite proud of the things I've done in game. Sure I've seen some of the awesome stuff people have built. But, for the most part, I don't go out looking for Minecraft Masterworks
Last night as I was looking for reference material to finish a commission, I found this fantastic Minecraft castle. I couldn't find details on how it was made, but I'm guessing the person used a handful of mods and plenty of skinning. From that castle I went on to see other amazing "renders". But, as nice as they are to look at I honestly prefer to see Minecraft masterworks made in non-modded, non-skinned worlds.
Of course, I might change my tune once I start goofing around in Creative mode.
What's the coolest Minecraft builds you've seen?

The AFS hit 100% last night (thanks to an incredibly generous donation), but I want to make sure people know that you can still order commissions. You've got the rest of today and tomorrow to make sure you you get your work down BEFORE Christmas.
