World of Warcraft: "Mad Manrik's"

We've been on the lookout for a new car since the old one became an over-sized paperweight. These last two days we've been walking around used auto lots looking for something that's safe for the kid but within our budget. It's a chore.
While we're on the subject of buy cars, lets talk briefly about how much I despise the psychology of selling cars. I've seen their tricks and I've stopped pitches cold because I won't tolerate it. There seems to have been a bit of a shift since the last time I was on a car lot though. The salesmen we've encountered have been, for the most part, have been kind, helpful, and seemingly not overly given to applying pressure tactics.
Now they walk you to their manager and let HIM apply all the pressure. So you can walk away saying "the salesman was a nice guy". Doesn't change the fact that the one that will do the paperwork is a douche though.
