Star Trek Online: "Silver Lining"

When I was looking for screenshots of STO Klingons yesterday, I ran across a handful of Borg screenshots on the game's official site. For the most part they weren't exactly what I expected. But then, because it's the future relative to Next Generation, they are farther along in their perfection. So I guess more mechanical bodies and closer fitting outfits make a certain amount of sense.
Thing was though, STO seems to have adopted typical MMOG design philosophy and left a bit more of the Borg females' skin exposed. Specifically, the ones I saw (and no I'm not referring to the Queen) had the cyborg implant-whatever suits pulled back away from their cleavage. **rolls eyes**
Now you guys know me, I'm pro boob. And the idea that they should always be hidden away as naughty things annoys the crap out of me. But I'm kind of a purist when it comes to the idea of either show them or don't. Borg are walking machines, in a sense, why would they care about modesty*? That is part of the reason 7 of 9 wore such a form fitting outfit right?
* Yes, I fully understand that cleavage is okay with the ratings board where naked boobies are not.
