Fox News columnist Roger Friedman was terminated this past Saturday for "promoting piracy" by way of reviewing a stolen copy of the movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine. In his post Friedman explained that he was able to find the top 10 movie releases and admitted his intention to "catch up with Paul Rudd" by watching I Love You, Man via the same illegal streaming service. Friedman went on to describe the entire process as being "so much easier than going out in the rain!" X-Men Origins: Wolverine is scheduled for release on May 1st.

I'm not really sure how to start off my response to Roger Friedman's actions here. The idea that this chucklenut somehow managed to convince himself it was okay to review a pirated movie is just completely beyond me. I don't expect gossip columnist to be the brightest bulbs, especially when they're affiliated with Fox. But, you would think even the dimmest bulb would start to flicker to life in an attempt to illuminate (and subsequently warn against) such a serious lapse in judgement.
Apparently, getting fired is "easier than going out in the rain" too. Dumbass.
