Woody & Ted: "Waxing Nostalgic"

A post yesterday, sent me scrambling back through the GU news archives, some really old emails, the web archives, etc. scrounging around for little bits and pieces of GU history. I sat for a long time reading the emails from the first days of GU. And, obviously, it made me a bit nostalgic. And, nostalgia is not a characteristic I think Ted has or even understands.
For me, it was really interesting to see the progression of things, and how quickly GU grabbed the community's attention. As it is, I'm still pouring over stuff trying to establish a GU timeline. When a few more of the big pieces slip into place, I'll post it for you guys.
Maybe we can link it to the GU Wikipedia entry or something.
