World of Warcraft: "Bear Bladders"

I was helping my girlfriend with some of her quests the other day and she eventually made it out to Tarren Mill. While we were out there trying to find bear tongues and spider ichor, I noticed the bears kept dropping their gall bladders.
I finally decided removing the bears' gall bladders was the result of some weird subconcious aspect of my Orc's warrior mind. Maybe he has a deep seeded desire to become a doctor? I just don't know. I mean... First Aid WAS the first skill I maxed. **shrugs**
Anywho, you guys know how fond I am of illustrating the an in-game situation "from the mobs perspective", so this comic is my guess at how the bears feel about it.
What's the strangest drop you've ever gotten, and what's your rationalization for it?
