Splinter Cell: "Nope! No idea..."
Posted: Tuesday March 1st, 2005 by

I downloaded the demo for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory a few days back. And, where I never expected it to be my kind of game... I loved it. The graphics are phenominal. The game play was easy to pick up on the PC, though I think I might enjoy it more on the XBox.

But, I couldn't pass up a chance to take a jab at the game. Seems humorous to me that agent Sam Fisher (the cat daddy you're playing) is supposed to be all Mr. Sneaky Man... but every time you see of picture of him, he's got these three big glowing lights beaming off his skull. I mean, they represent Sam's headpiece that allows him several different optic types, night vision, heat sensor, etc... but honestly, wouldn't it be a better idea if, you know, they didn't glow? For, I don't know... sneaky purposes?

Anywho, it was just an observation in an otherwise flawless demo.
Seriously if you haven't played it, go download it and give it a look.
The game is slated for release late this month (3/28).
