Gaming News: "Nicer"

I saw this news item a few days ago [more info] but the Steam Holiday Sale is still going on; so, I figured I could get away with it. If not, I'm gonna make believe I posted it over a week ago. Can't stop me. Already done man.
So yeah, I don't know what makes a Christmas Cake a Christmas Cake. I mean, is it just a cake you eat at Christmas? Or is it a weird reference to fruit cake? Because -for the most part- eww.
I haven't bought much during this Steam sale: Sims 3 for Taks and Castle Crashers for me. But I've been tempted A LOT. Thus far though, I've been able to wait JUUUUST long enough for big discount to go away, leaving only a decent discount. That's made it a lot easier to resist. Still four more days to go though. Wish my broke ass luck.
