Gaming News: "Success?"

The Consumerist has been running a March Madness style bracket for the last few years where readers vote on the Worst Company in America. Previous winners include: the RIAA, AIG, Comcast, and BP. But this year, the distinction belongs to EA beating out the Bank of America in the final matchup with 64% of the vote. [more info]

In the real world EA brushed it off with a "yeah yeah" and made proclamations about the number of people playing their award-winning games worldwide. In my world they celebrated their victory over chief-rival ActiVision, by dry humping a stack of paper. You gotta take what you can get right?

That first word bubble is awkward as all hell* as a setup. But the rest of the comic is awkward too, in a creepy, "what the hell is going on here" kind of way. And I'm okay. In the end I drew a guy in a suit pelvic thrusting the tangible embodiment of voter prescribed failure. In my mind, it doesn't get much better than that.

* Note: I actually streamlined the word bubble after this writeup was posted. So it's not quite as awkward. But still...
