World of Warcraft: "Massaging the Numbers"

Some of you might be aware that WoW Subscription numbers are slipping a bit. There are still massive piles of people playing the game. But Blizzard is already moving to prop up the numbers in the time gap until the next expansion hits. That is to say, they've amped up the rewards for folks who give (and receive) Scrolls of Resurrection.
So the giver receives a faction specific mount while the recipient receives 7 days of game time, a character move to your realm and faction (if applicable), their account is upgraded to Cataclysm (if applicable), and the can boost one character to level 80 (including a new character if they prefer).[more info] When I read that yesterday my only response was "crazy".
If you quit WoW, what could Blizzard offer you to come back?
