Dragon Age II: "Allusions"

The ESRB has posted their synopsis of Dragon Age II, and in amongst their summary is the following: "In one cutscene, a woman kneels in front of a male character and appears to perform fellatio—there is no depiction of the sex act; the camera pans out to the rest of the room." [more info]
Now I for one think this is silly. The game shouldn't be rated on what is implied only what is actually shown. And for that matter Bioware should just stop tap dancing around this particular tulip and either commit or leave it the hell alone.
As for the comic, I liked the sketchy-ness of the unfinished product that I'm considering just leaving it uninked/colored. There's just so much more life to the art before I ink them. Then I have to recapture it with color. **shrugs** Still undecided.
