World of Warcraft: "Spazztik"

This morning, after whining about how he wanted the flying mount you can get after completing ALL of the Cataclysm dungeon achievements, I promoted Bloody Plunder's most visible tank to the previously unheld rank of Raid Leader.
He told he how he didn't like to yell at people, boss them around, tell them what to do etc. But he had already lead packs of us into different instances. And had passed along plenty of useful information to the guild at large. I even changed my combat sequence a little based on his recommendations.
The idea I tried to get across to him was, if you don't like what people think a Raid Leader is... change it. So, I guessing there won't be any yelling. We're a casual guild. We'll get to where we need to be eventually.
Two things to note when Trib is getting yelled at:
1. It likely has nothing to do with raiding.
2. He deserves it. Trust me.
