Nothing says "I'm not who you think I am" like a fedora, a monocle, a fake handlebar mustache, and a shirt that says you're not you. Basically put, Ted's not one to give up. And I understand his position. I've been fired once myself. And after I got over the initial suckyness of it, I would have put the hard feelings aside and taken the job back almost immediately. And not out of any sense of desperation, but because I liked what I was doing and the guys I worked with.
I can't argue too much though, that firing is what lead me to start doing GU full time. And I don't have to worry about it now because try as I might, it's really hard to fire myself. Though it should be noted, firing myself would be stupid. I'm almost completely unemployable at this point.
"What do you mean you haven't had a 'real job' since 2001 Mr. Hearn"?
