World of Warcraft: "Troll-ken Little"

While zipping around World of Warcraft looking for cooking recipes. I noticed an oddity in the flight paths.
In most horde towns the flight paths land right in the center of the main part of town or just off to the side in smaller towns. But, in Troll villages, the wind riders land out on the docks.
In my mind, the only reason for this that made sense is that the average troll (not the adventuring kind) are afraid of the big winged things falling out of the sky on them.
But... that's just a theory.
