EverQuest: "You again?"

So, it's come full circle. I figured the 5th anniversary, coinciding with the 1000th panel, was worthy enough of rehashing that first GU comic, the one that started it all.
Now, I say "panel" and not "comic" quite deliberately. I don't think of all of them as comics. The word comic implies "funny". But, GU has been there through the ups and downs of my life. The good times, the bad, world altering events, and the simple minutia that is my every day life.
I hate to wax philosophical, but, in essence, the comic is me. If you take all 1000 panels and mesh together the precepts, ideas, and humor behind them, you find a pretty good picture of me, I think.
Sure, I've got my regrets, but all in all, it's been a great 5 years. And I'm glad you guys have been there to share them with me.
