Kingdom Hearts 3: "Oh Bother!"

Last week, before hopping on our flight to New York for vacation, I read that China was censoring Kingdom Hearts 3 because of its inclusion of Winnie the Pooh. I didn't click through to read the article; but, just the idea of that made me laugh. What could Winnie the Pooh have possibly done? I figured maybe he was behind-the-scenes potty-mouthed. (hence the comic) But, when I sat down last night to actually sketch the comic I found the real reason... and it was so ridiculous I tried to 'even' and couldn't.
You see, there's this picture of Chinese president Xi Jinping walking with President Obama. Social media being what it it, that photo has been couple with a picture of Winnie the Pooh walking with Tigger. The similarities are fantastic. But, apparently Mr. Xi Jinping and his underlings didn't appreciate the comparison. So, the recent live-action Winnie the Pooh movie 'Christopher Robin' didn't receive a release date in China. And now Winnie the Pooh has been censored out of Kingdom Hearts 3 promotional material with a white star burst - porno style.
