Nerd Culture: "Batman Day"

DC Comics proclaimed yesterday to be Batman Day in celebration of the Dark Knight's 75th anniversary. [more info]
I've never been much of a comic reader. And most of the comics I own are Marvel or Image releases. But, the first comic I ever walked into a comic book store and purchased for myself was "Batman: The Killing Joke". Panel 2 of the comic is my homage to page 33 of that graphic novel; the page where Jack Napier emerges from a toxic lake as the Joker. It was formative. And here, all these years later, I get to reproduce it in my own style with my own character. I'm just gonna go ahead and call that a win.
The "missed" thing is a nod to Office Space. It just kind of fit the intent. Ted isn't Batman and has no desire to be.
