Vanguard: "One Year Anniversary"

I received an email from SOE yesterday announcing that Vanguard had just hit it's one year anniversary and that there would be in-game celebrations. Source: VGPlayers [ more info ]
I realize it's a bit unfair of me to allude to Vanguards demise in a comic inspired by their anniversary. But, I'm really terrible at not being a cynic. I promise it's not maliciousness on my part, but rather good natured ribbing.
Now I haven't played the game in 6 months, but it's my understanding that the game has seen many improvements and optimizations since its release. So, despite my meany pants comic, I encourage you to go and play. And if you are currently playing, please feel free to chip in your take on the game in its current state. Please keep all criticism (positive or negative) constructive.
In any case, I just want to say again... Happy Anniversary Vanguard!
