Horizons: "Mime Support"

I've gotten a good handful of requests to do another Horizons comic, but I'm sure this wasn't what they had in mind.
But I went over to Tazoons, hit the rants section, and saw players virtually beggin for customer service, support, or even a knowledgebase.
I figured, they probably went for some cheap labor and managed to saddle themselves with a bunch of friggin mimes or something.
I mean, those guys are all quiet and crap. Hard to tell anyone anything if your only MIMING typing on a keyboard right? I mean, a mime would act like he's typing... when there's a keyboard he could REALLY be typing on. Then he'd probably struggle with an invisible 800 pound mouse, before buffing an invisible screen, and propping himself up on an invisible chair or some crap.
Damn mimes.
